Hi MAtt,

I read this about perch fishing most recently....

"Made it down to Waukegan 2 times this past week and caught our limits of Perch. Minnows on the bottom in 53 feet of water. Nice fish It seems that the bite is very good at first light and then slows down. But if you drift around and find the schools, you will do well. 17 dollars for a boat launch fee is crazy though.

Also made it out in the Milwaukee harbor on Thursday afternoon and caught our limits there also. "
